Please shut up!!! CBN governor has no immunity. CBN governor is answerable to the president. Anybody answerable to the president can be suspended by him. CBN governor is not an elective position. So he can be suspended and removed following due process.

They are not elected but selected bodies. And the presidency selects them in most cases. They have no immunity. They can be removed or suspended. Let Emefiele go to court to contest his suspension.

Problem is most of you like to pride in senselessness.
When an institution is independent by law it's totally protected against interference by the president or Govt.
There's no option for suspension in the CBN act...be it by Jonathan, Buhari or Tinubu, the CBN act only recognise removal which can only be possible with 2/3 of the senate.
