INEC not sticking to their own guidelines is fraud. If the election materials were not ready, nothing stops them from shifting the date. If they had discovered these glitches on election day in specific locations they should have ordered a rerun in those locations.

Everything that happened on February 25th was a deliberate compromise. There was zero lack of will to do the right thing.

If you're going by this logic then Atiku and obi has failed already, because inec wouldn't know about the glitches until the election day and once the voting has begun there's no way they can stop same day, all they did was to go on with plan B.

BVAS itself was working and capturing all data. The only thing it could not do was to transmit result electronically to iREV. But all data was captured in BVAS. So what’s your problem? You mean they should cancel an election after it has been conducted and completed just because they could not transmit electronically? Do you know that the law allows them to transmit manually? So why should they cancel the election if they could transmit and collate manually?
