First off I am not sure the DSS or army or customs or nscdc are authorized or empowered to arrest citizens. Maybe a lawyer can tell us.

I’m just interested in DSS proving the charges in court instead of their normal media trial under Buhari’s government . They held Sowore for so long but couldn’t prove most of the charges against him.

They have also been Nnamdi Kanu for a long time without proving the several charges against him.

I want to believe the new president must have/should have tasked them to make sure they don’t just arrest people by fiat , but also prove whatever case they have against individuals/groups/persons of interest

Oh! Osinbajo facilitated the African Development Bank releasing $613 million for digital creators and tech startups in Nigeria's tech ecosystem. It should have been released in 2019 but Buhari pettily removed Prof. Osinbajo from the NEC so it stalled but Prof. still made sure it came to light in March, 2023.

The fund was to be overseen by the Nigeria Startup Act Advisory Council (which also has the founders of Flutterwave and PayStack on it). LASG and Osun State Government seemed like the only ones who had seriously plans to access it but Prof. gone means nobody is really pushing it.

I've been keenly following since last September but nothing much.
