I don't think they'll be able to afford that, reason is he's been trying for like two years with jamb and post utme(don't know if I get that correct) and he refused to study another course.so if he could get a cheaper school in neighbouring countries.

that one too is another issue. He doesn't even need where he will have to take flight, just nearby and affordable.

If he has the money to study medicine in Benin Republic, then let him check out a private university in Nigeria, it's almost the same cost or even cheaper than studying it in these countries... Don't forget the CEFA now has more value than the naira... So it's cheaper studying it here
