Onitsha is a big slum, the whole of Enugu South and part of Enugu North ar3 slums, Aba is a slum, 90% of Owerri is a slum.

This your comment reminded me of NYSC in early 2000s. They will post Rivers indigenes to the North to serve in schools there and post Northerners to Rivers to serve in Oil companies. After service, the Northern corp members will be retained in oil companies and Riverians will return back to Rivers state and start seeking for jobs only to be informed that employment happened during service.

So you're suggesting that Riverians should leave Rivers state, the second richest state in Nigeria and move where?? To Ekwulobia? or Njikoka?
