You're a big fhoool.

Udom Emmanuel has performed more than any of his predecessors so you can continue to wail.

Udom has brought factories, built schools, hospitals, roads, and other infrastructures, and yet unam like you is blind enough to see.

Can you tell us how much Udom has borrowed compared to the Oil boom era of Akpabio

There's no state without Debt in Nigeria.

The debt he quoted here was borrowed right from the military era and you ediot come and mention Udom here.

Udom is not owing anybody any pension okay, He has reduced the amount and number of people owed gratuities to a large extent, and mind you these gratuities were owed right from the military era too.

If you know how fhooolish you are, you wouldn't say a word here.
You think you can open your gutter and pour trash out of sheer ignorance abi, shame on you ebod.

EdiskyHarry:
Sad, upon all the money udom Emmanuel borrowed and received from FG, AKWA IBOM is still where it was, no economical development, no job, no gratuity, no pension apart from building worship centers, stadiums, 24 story building, 10 lanes and other unnecessary projects that won't benefit the masses.
If udom Emmanuel is not arrested immediately he leaves office then EFCC is a crappy set of fools doing rubbish.

Stop calling EFCC. The Court has ruled that EFCC has no jurisdiction to try State offences. So your Governors are free to loot to stupor! grin

For real!

Nothing concern me. Make governors bankrupt their states e no concern me. Nigerians never ready to confront their leaders! Una go dey support leaders wey no send una because of ethnic and tribal sentiments. In China, corrupt politicians, public office holders, business people...are either executed or given long prison sentences..But in Nigeria, corrupt individuals are praised. Una mumu no be here ooo!

I'm terribly sorry for responding late to your message; I was away from NL for some days. To your question, personally I don't know how good the university in question is. However, I can tell you Hangzhou is a great city because I've been there before. Since universities in China are becoming attractive alternatives to Western ones, I won't be surprised there already exists a decent number of African students at the university in question. Heres wishing you all the best in your endeavours!

What do you mean by "...know his way around"? Do you mean if a student can work work while studying? For first degree students working is literally ruled out. For post graduate and PhD students some colleges allow students to do work relating to their course of study; its different from school to school. Consult with your school's international students department for the latest rules regarding work.
