Let be frank, our people can be mentally lazy to engage in personal research, not good if you guys are indulging them to keep asking question that has been answered hundred times on the forum. this attitude won't help them if they are migrating to western world where everything from A to Z in living your life is "instructions on uk.gov " .Do they need to keep learning by "then say" "then say" till they kindgon come when everything has already been spelt out in black and white in uk.gov portal?

What if the person needs a quick response, do you expect he start reading from page 1, do you know how many days or weeks it will take him/her?? The sole custody letter your sister submitted, is it from a competent COURT OF LAW? If yes, you can submit it again along with proof of accommodation and care plan for the children since only one parent will be with the children in the UK and the said parent will be working as well (i.e who cares for the children when Mummy is at work?)

If the sole custody letter is not from a competent court of law, then you will need to get one from the courts.

If the above is not possible, then you have to get a letter from Daddy granting mummy the permission to take the children to the U.K + biodata page of daddy's passport.

If non of these can be done, then UKVI will assume mummy wants to take the children to the U.K against Daddy's wishes (child trafficking) and will most likely deny the children's visas.

Oga thats a mistake from the ECO...ignore that one.....Go and answer what they asked you based on the date u gave birth to your child and the date the certificate was issued ...

They said u should reconcile the date difference between when u birth ur child and when u collect birth certificate.....because oyinbo expect it to be the same date.....

You can also do a write up on the date the certificate was issued and the date of birth and attach as a pdf doc with the certificate you want to send back to them.

In my write up, I will even let them know that eco must have overlooked some details.
