It is creative and good substitute to PMS, mostly importantly if it can be made available nationwide and the price won't jump up cos of demand and supply force. How will it be if the price is below N50 and is available in our filling stations nationwide?. |

Why should the masses bear the responsibility of the inefficiency of the FG?, why can’t the FG protect the boarders to ensure subsidized PMS does not get to neighboring countries? Why has the FG not prosecuted and jailed anyone involved in the subsidy fraud to stop others from doing so?, The claim that subsisdy is a burden is fallacy cos the subsidizing the actual consumption of less than 10million liters per day is not a burden compared to the FG’s current fraudulent claim of 66million liters per day. Why not a gradual removal of the subsidy? Where is the savings from Diesel and kerosene subsidy and what has it been used for? |

KEVIND:Chestbeaters must always boast, it’s hereditary🤣 Mumu doesn’t even know that IPMAN is an association and that Okoronko being their National president is just like a mouthpiece. Ode, IPMAN is not a one-man entity, so it’s expected that common sense should have told you that the decision was not from him alone. That’s how one fellow mumu like you was boasting and saying that the Lagos state government is now benefitting from an Igbo man I.e innoson just because LASG patronized him for the purchase of compressed gas buses🤣 like who’s helping who? Who do una this strong jazz? Lagos state ignores innoson to buy from Toyota Ipobs: oh, Yorubas are tribal bigots, they don’t encourage ibo man’s business because they are envious of them. Lagos decides to patronize an Igbo man Ipob lunatics: you see? We told you they can’t breathe without us, we are the light of Africa. We developed India, Bangladesh, South Africa, Kenya, Pakistan, Nepal, the USA and Canada to name but a few ![]()

The problem of the black man is the black man. We’re an oil producing nation with an abundance of natural resources, yet live poorer lives than nations without resources! We live in water but are dying of thirst! Some have food but cannot eat, all Nigerians in Nigeria are in this category. If you were expecting PMS prices to come down anytime soon, they just removed the phantom subsidy so they could handover the monopoly of fuel importation to Mr. Dangite! Dude never crashes prices, his monopoly only serves to drive prices up! Cement in Ghana is GHC 35.50 which is roughly equivalent to N1500, while in Nigeria were it is produced it is sold for N4200! Better fasten your seatbelts, it’s gonna be a bumpy ride for all! ![]()

sagitariusbaby:The best thing that will happen to Nigeria's economy is the widespread use of CNG as viable alternative to PMS. However, this is Nigeria we are talking about here. You wondered why the Benin pilot scheme wasn't replicated across Nigeria? It shows you don't understand what is going on in this country. The cartel controlling this country are not working for Nigerians but for the cartel itself! If they replicate CNG usage across Nigeria just like the pilot scheme in Benin, what do you think will happen to Dangote refinery and the monopoly they're building there? Even if CNG is replicated nationwide, have it in mind that once Dangote refinery is completed, they would hike the price of CNG and make it so expensive that we would prefer PMS. You don't think they will plan to reap billions of dollars from Nigerian masses only to see CNG nullify that. |

Parachoko:So I don't understand how you people assume that the marketers "jack up prices". It is market forces that sets prices. If demand exceeds supply, prices go up. If supply exceeds demand, prices go down. The demand for CNG and LPG is about to go up by a great order of magnitude without corresponding increase on the supply side. Automatically prices for both CNG and LPG are going to skyrocket. Let's not forget the safety risk that will arise from poorly converted generators and cars. Or from the use of substandard materials for these conversions. Expect explosions to increase |

Ogene001:No I disagree,Dangote has a refinery not a filling Station or petrol Marketing limited.Do you even know what fractional distillation means? Have you heard of the subject chemistry? Please find one and check from the basics how many products can be extracted from Crude oil,Do you think the CNG will be tap directly like a water and be sent to you? Well it'll requires some form of compression which he can equally provide that service as well.So in all it's a win-win for him regardless. There are many angles to refinery its not about petrol only beside the petrol isn't going anywhere yet cause of safety measures that need to be put in place Abi no be this same Naija that you'll see a Driver fighting Road Safety Officials Because of fire extinguisher? |

KEVIND:Write it some where in your dictionary Elder chinedu and his goons will soon increase the price of the so called CNG, they are just waiting for the opportunity for the general populace to embrace the usage, but I trust Tinubu will set up a committee to look into it and ensure the citizens get values for their money. |
