Fewer vehicles use CNG in Benin because of the absence of the stations outside the city. Many vehicles would have been converted from PMS to CNG but that would mean they may never be used outside Benin which discouraged many intended users.
Government knows exactly what to do to get things right but policy summersault has become the order of the day with successive government.

They are independent markerters, they control over 85% of fuel distribution. If not that they are independent FG would have appointed abokki or Yoruba to head it and the empty brain will continue "yes sir" unlike the innovative igboman who is now spearheading the CNG alternative
