Good morning ladies and gents.

This good security feature which prevents your phone from been turned off after been stolen without a pin or code which I found in a friend's Samsung seems missing in my Tecno Camon 17 pro or Tecno phones in general which makes we wonder whether it's entirely u available or just me not able to find the settings.

Please any ideas on how to activate this
security feature through it's internal settings or via installing a third party app?? Thanks

Don't compare Samsung with Tecno. You can't find such features and more on a Tecno device

My Tecno spark 9 stopped charging fast,even after I changed cable and charger.
It takes about 1hours to get 10% increment.
What could be the issue?

Update your phone, also update your phone master App, then go to the phone master open to the App, scroll down to battery 🔋, activate the fast charge & the super charge. It would charge from 0-100% in 2hrs+

whenever will tell you to stop buying Tecno phones, you'll think we're badmouthing their products. Those phones are substandard products, reason why they re usually cheap. You'll only get to enjoy it in the short run while still being new, but the truth, nobody will tell you is as time goes on, in the long run, Tecno phones begins to degrade in all aspects, from the ram utilization, camera quality, charging, battery life e.t.c which is not so for other devices, for example Samsungs, these devices last the test of time because of their build qualities.

no brand is immune to such issues. From my experience Samsung phones gets more charging and battery issues than tecno.

Well, every phone has its uniqueness.. Very few Samsung phones have the same battery life 5000mah, 11GB RAM and storage capacity (256GB) as this particular Tecno phone model for the same price becos if I were to get this same features in Samsung I would be spending nothing less that 250k which is way above my set spending benchmark set for a phone purchase even as at the time I purchased this phone in 2021 for 125k. An average Tecno phone in my own opinion is quite more rugged than Samsung phones especially for the kind of job that I do. If a Samsung phone should fall the way this my Tecno phone has fallen, I would be spending 20-50k to change phone screen every now and then. I know alot of people that use Samsung phones and I know there challenges. So no phone is perfect
