This house cost about N7m in the end.

The house you described may cost up to 9.5m because of the added features.

How time flies!

It's already 30 days since we started this project. About 24 days was used to dismantle the old building on this site, and now we have the old building fully removed, we are set to speed up and move this project to completion.

My workers are already on site and working, more building materials will be purchased and moved to site as from tomorrow, more emphasis on going fast but with good quality output.

Countdown to the finish of this building is hereby activated, we have 120 days to build this house,

Let's go there.............

33 days after starting this project, we are already concluding works on the foundation excavation, concrete blinding, block laying, foundation beams etc.

We have a fight on our hands............

And we shall win..........
