I know this area very well. The Chinese companies bought hundreds of acres of lands from the village heads many years ago with C of O and only operate on a portion of it. Many indigenes who are not aware that their parents sold the lands (or it's entirety) still parade themselves as the owner.

Trust Awori at your own peril, those people can sell land more than 40times. Once the money they collected for a particular land finish they will want to sell same land again.

A reasonable country plans ahead for their future generations. If they see their country lacks in an area, they don't mind going to another country to get that resource for their country.
Look at all the peacekeeping missions we went for, we came back empty meanwhile the white countries stayed to enjoy the resources available for the benefit of their country.
