Finished reading it document is pretty encompassing and a clear direction of what PBAT wants to achieve economically.

If they can achieve have of what was outlined in the document e.g. selling off refineries, 7% GDP growth, reduce deficit and so on.

....read the other document on Energy too.

Bros forget na IT people dey clean funds pass for financial services o. The normal ATM reversal error wey dey hang, one guy don use am move millions before. God knows how he did it, but all those ATM reversal of people wey no get time to go bank to complain or unaware there's even a reversal anywhere; the guy moved series of it running into millions. It was audit that later caught him.

So if dem say Head of IT move billions, I won't even doubt it. He's like the unofficial CSO of the company.
