Nobody is attacking Japanase, their culture, the country, their religion or God. But it would have being entirely different if it were a Muslim country. This further proves that some Nigerian Christians are full of hate and bigoted souls

This is just formalization of what was already happening at the prefectural level.

Most, if not all the prefectures had long since raised the age of consent to 16. It was only at the national level that it was 13. The national government has caught up with the prefectures.

Actually, Japan does get attacked a lot...even with this law. Especially for its antiquated justice system, and even its views towards child seggs.

Plus the age had already been raised to 16 years ago by most prefectures (states to you here in Nigeria). One could not attempt to abuse a 13 year old girl in any part in Japan and get away with it...the local government would come for you. (as happened to one teacher who was acting lovey dovey with his under 16 student...sacked, and then arrested).

Not just that...try working from 7am to 10 pm, and do it again six times a week,for a year, and even if the most beautiful woman in the world appears before you and says 'I'm all yours, you go look am as if say na furniture.

Japanese men are severely overworked and over stressed. From school, to the working place, till retirement. Of course libido will suffer.
