My honorable tech masters in the house i greet you all specially

After installing Bluestacks on my system so i could use to download WhatsApp, i began to encounter this problem

why am i having this error. I cant download one app from Bluestacks. Did i miss something or i didn't properly install it

Pls guys i need answers

I use a windows 10pro OS.

I suggest you uninstall this version and download blustacks version 1
Its more stable than a couple updates and it'll most likelly work

are you sure your network is okay? If its okay, then try to download a lower version or maybe your system is too low for emulators

Get a lower version. Your system's specification is poor. bkuestack uses a lot of resources in the system

I think i can upgrade the specification
what specification do you think it should be upgraded to to run bluestacks

cos its not even completing it installation
while installing it, it gets to a point and hang there

Honestly network was very strong
what's the average pc specification that can run emulators

my system is 3gb ram, 1.6ghz cpu, 64-bit processor
i just want to know the version of bluestacks or memu that can run on it
