‼️ Yuri Podolyaka has been, in my estimation, one of the better correspondents of this war. His reports have been consistently restrained, mostly lacking hyperbole. That puts in proper context his shocking report of today's battle:

What we're seeing in Zaporozhye is Zelensky believing all the lies his own and US, UK propaganda spread about the Russian army.

Expected drunk Russians with low morale to run away the second they saw NATO armor.

Now that it didn't work Ukraine keeps doing what already failed.

Turns out Russia has enough ammunition and weapons. In fact in just 1 week of the counteroffensive Russian helicopters destroyed close to 50 targets. The figure prior? Around 100 vehicles in 470 days.

Minefields have been rock solid for Russia. Barely allowing Ukrainians to move and leading them into Russian artillery fire when they're able to find spots that weren't mined.

Big equipment losses with nothing to show for it considering the goal set of getting to Crimea.

If America ever gets involved in any war that isn't theirs. It will last between 3 to 20yrs.

They will ensure they sell off all their weapons from their warehouse and use that opportunity to test-run new weapons they're building.

We are NOT supporting the West per se

We are only against Russia bullying Ukraine. The war is totally uncalled for. Ukraine did not do anything to get invaded.

We are only sympathetic towards Ukraine which is the stance of every reasonable person.
