Wike's Move To APC: Paving The Way For A Powerful Partnership With Tinubu By Osigwe Omo-Ikirodah “While we are seeing sign that it’s like you want to go over to the other side with everybody wishing that, please don’t be too far from me because I know that the sharks, the tigers are really around looking for what to hurt"- Rivers State Governor, Fubara to Nyesom Wike. I honestly don't know where to begin, but one thing that I am aware of, and which is a big concern in politics, is that money is required in order to gain power in life and build sufficient connections. Money is a factor in even our small community and family, which is why, even in family gatherings, the person with the most money usually speaks more and is given more attention. In Nigeria, there is a prevalent hypocrisy when it comes to the use of wealth. Simply having money is not enough; virtues such as generosity, care, love, and compassion should also be valued. Unfortunately, having money does not guarantee these virtues. Not everyone who possesses sufficient wealth demonstrates generosity towards others. Therefore, it is crucial for us to recognize and appreciate those individuals who are both generous and influential. These individuals use their resources for the betterment of society as a whole. By acknowledging and supporting the actions of these generous individuals, we can encourage a positive impact on the broader population. Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu stands out from the class of 1999 Governors due to the network he created for himself. He performed as a governor above and beyond our expectations, and he also made people influential above and beyond our expectations. Today, we are all able to reap the rewards of the selfless leadership he anchored for decades. Tell me a governor from the most recent class of 2015 (between 2015 and 2023) who built people and performed as well as Wike did. There are none; Ortom and Tambuwal can vouch to Wike's kindness in helping other states. It is impossible to compare his accomplishments and generosity to those of his contemporaries. Wike has done so well and shares so many characteristics with Asiwaju Bola Tinubu, the 16th President of the Federal Republic of Nigeria; he is a proven performer and a human capital developer. If we had witnessed the emergence of at least five governors in the class of 1999 who displayed the same level of outstanding performance as Tinubu, our nation would have experienced even greater progress and advancement. It highlights the immense potential for substantial growth and positive change that lies within our grasp if we are fortunate enough to witness the rise of multiple exceptional governors simultaneously. Similarly, if we had witnessed the emergence of at least five governors in the class of 2015 who demonstrated the same exceptional performance as Wike, our nation would have experienced an even more profound transformation. It underscores the potential for remarkable growth and positive change when inspired leaders step forward to champion the betterment of their states and the nation as a whole. My desire for Wike's successor Fubara is that he continues the legacy of sustainable projects while also investing in people's development. Wike's exceptional leadership qualities and track record of accomplishments make him a valuable asset to any political party, including the APC and Tinubu. His ability to drive impactful change, as demonstrated during his tenure as Governor, showcases his strong governance skills and dedication to the betterment of society. By leveraging Wike's expertise and bringing him into the fold, the APC and Tinubu would gain a seasoned leader with a proven ability to deliver results, enhancing their capacity to tackle complex challenges and foster meaningful progress for the Nigerian people. Wike's significant role as the Chairman of PD-APC is still very much needed in Nigeria's political equation. |

If Wike and Kwankwaso move to APC, then there won't be a Presidential election in 2027. Tinubu should just continue till 2031. Doing any Presidential election in 2027 will be senseless and a waste of resources. Then, we should just make Emilokn Tinubu's status and put one at Lagos-Cotonou border, one at Nigeria-Camerron border, one at Bornu-Chad Republic border, and one at Katsina-Niger Republic border, one at the centre of the Atlantic ocean, one at the center of Sahara desert. That's all. That's Africa's god of politics, Lord Tinubu |

SpartaOfLagos:Yes nah. The about 300,000 votes that Wike gave Tinubu in Rivers is more than the over 8 Million votes that Tinubu got nationwide. Go over your post and my post up here again, and tell yourself if you do not need to see a psychiatrist. |

Lol, what’s their impact to general election?… zero. Allocating power to feather weight politicians. If wike or Tinubu is as powerful as u claim, why are they rigging elections?. They should be able to deliver without rigging themselves. Keep wasting your time. StreetFight: |

StreetFight:A Northerner could very well be the main opposition contesting against Tinubu in 2027 Tinubu’s people could very quickly find themselves changing their tune towards a particular region if that opposition is formidable enough in the core north If PBAT continues performing I’ll personally be obidiently batified because lord knows the country can’t survive another round of PMB level of incompetence but the stupid games some Tinubu supporters are playing on here and on twitter could very quickly backfire |
