2, standard Education till secondary school

3. Free emergency services.

We do not pay enough in tax. Our tax to gdp is one of the lowest in Africa...at 10%. And you expect miracles?

Plus most of us don't want to get up and do the hard work of democracy...which is why looting happens (and I am chief lazy man there).

At the end, we don't have enough money. AND BEFORE YOU START...THAT DOES NOT MEAN I EXCUSE BAD GOVERNANCE. OR CORRUPTION. The corruption makes a bad situation worse.
