I work at a hospital in Ajegunle, Lagos. Close to the hospital, the next street (AKIMBO STREET) has the highest no of brothels per street=4. Also ironically, they have 5 churches in that same street. This area has the highest no of prostitutes in Lagos..... Like it is the first work a girl in secondary school reasons before finishing school. Teenage pregnancy is normal and it is so funny that most parents support this work here in this part of Lagos.

Many did not venture into it for survival. They were tricked into it. No 14 year will want to become a prostitute on her own free will.
