THANK YOU!!! I don't understand why others are not reading it even including the guy giving update.

Very laughable scenerio. He did the findings himself and concluded by himself. If the judge is merciful, he should be sentence to a very long term. Others would have sentence him first to a psychiatric hospital and if confirmed well, he will be sentence to death grin

That's is being the judge and jury.he was suppose to analyse and report not judge

The problem was that, even in the 12 he examined, he went on to say he did not question anybody, nor confirm the physical copies. So the physical copies may have as well been same as the metadata.

He was judge and jury on his activities. It's difficult to prove that results were wrong online when you admit you never checked what was declared to actually confirm if they were wrong

Exactly.his report is doubtful, unreliable, untenable.the physical copies can never be jettisoned except they don't exist

You started by saying APC do not need to prove anything, but ended with so many things they need to prove. That's a massive heap of contradiction.
senatordave1:

Apc need not prove anything but inorder to bury obi, they will simply call presiding officers and collation officers that will attest to upload.
Secondly, they will provide hardcopies of 18000 unit results and also show that obi didn't have agents in most of them.
They will show that inec can have a glitch locally.
They will show that tinubu won in all result copies.
The nitda dg will reject the staff that came.aws will be called to reject their so called staff

Did anyone notice the respondents lawyers tried to use the testimony of the guy from NITDA to punch holes in the LP's Cybersecurity expert? Per ISO 27001/2 being in the NITDA Act, and the need to communicate with INEC. I don't know what they would make of those though.

senatordave1:

Ask yourself, how has metadata helped to prove massive irregularities

You can prove irregularities from a sample using metadata.
LP doesn't have to prove massive irregularities. However the evidence is dead as the sampled results were not crosschecked to confirm the irregularities. That's the massive drawback of allowing the respondents a day to prepare. They were able to see that the sampled units were won by PDP and LP and were also consistent with the hardcopies which the court will now differ to.

And just to educate here...

There is a reason LP/PDP brought loads of physical copies. The court will simply not consider these Irevs/bvas without the actual machines. And they know this.

LP smartly supoenaed Nitda for this very reason, but NITDA messed them up, so they supoenaed a friendly NITDA staff which is smart. Note the Respondent saying confidently that the NITDA DG did not send the expert because they have the nITDA DG in line. They will now bring the NITDA DG as Thier own witness to counter

I saw through the gamble PO's lawyers are playing by allowing cross-examination deferred to a later day. It seems they're using it to draw the respondents out. The more questions they ask, the clearer the WSOO. I said it before that, cross-examination is a double-edged sword, it only works one way IF you know the right questions to ask. Unfortunately, the respondents have shown they don't. Why? Because they have something to hide.

You just brought the bigger picture to bare.

In the alternative in case the judges may slightly hold a different view.it is not contradiction but a plan b because even in obi petition he claimed he won and later claimed the election was mirred by irregularities necessitating a cancellation

A. Yes

A hostile witness is one that goes against the person he is testifying for. For the guy to be a hostile witness, he will have been going against LP

That's the only way for LP if they want to proof to the court.
yusfatedeeprof:

Don't close your eyes to reality, open it so you can see properly.

These two up there, the drug case and Irev irregularities are DOA. What Peter Obi must prove is:

1. That he got 25% in 8 more states
2. That he won the election with majority of the votes.

Those 18000 blurred sheets are irev copies which may be blurred due to bad bvas camera or the posture of the photographer.all lp needed to do was to confirm from the physical copies

18,000 replicated errors can never be non deliberate.Physical copies may have been tampered with, more than 24hrs when they should have been scanned with the BVAS machine.

How do you confirm physical copies with certified, blurred copies?

If results were transmitted from polling units on election day,as required by the electoral act,the INEC officials would have retaken the blurred images.

Also,it seems you are not familiar with the provisions of electoral act.

Shetima actually withdrew from being a senatorial candidate, he wrote his constituents and his party, a fresh nomination was conducted.

What I don't understand is when witness' statements are objected but court adminting them.

The court does not want to waste time listening to why you are objecting to a witness. So they will ADMIT (not ACCEPT) it, pending when it is your turn to make your case, then you can prove to them why it should be expunged.

PDP has a number of days, LP has a number of dates. So it's thier court for now.

Guy,you are intelligent and objective.i don't care who you support but you created a new vista, another perspective.
You have to prove massive or widespread irregularities to warrant cancellations and you must further show how it affected the margin of lead since the electoral act demands substantial noncompliance not in pockets.
Lp made a mistake.the import of different result copies is for crosschecking and confirmation or comparison.it is a checking mechanism to determine the true figure.yiu cannot determine based on one copy alone.see uzodinma vs ihedioha supra.see ajasin vs omoboriowo, onoh vs nwobodo, uduma vs arunsi..
The friendly nitda deftly or subtly absolved inec by saying no law mandates or binds them with inec.if actually he was officially sent by the dg,he would have brought an official permit.the DG with his job on the line cannot say he granted the staff leave

So far, Peter Obi's people have submitted enough evidence to prove that
1. Shettima had another nomination before he was declared Tinubu's running mate
2. Tinubu didn't get 25% of Abuja votes, which is a constitutional requirement
3. Cast doubt on how INEC arrived at the decision that Tinubu won, especially as there were thousands of blurred results, and huge discrepancies in certain states.

The only point Peter Obi now has to prove is that he actually won that election. Even though I know he has submitted EC8A forms for the election, the prosecution still needs to collate the exact results in those forms, as the court may not have time to go through that mountain of evidence.

All I can say at the moment is that Peter Obi has proven enough points for the judges to cancel that election and call for a re-run. He needs to do a bit more for the courts to have enough evidence to declare him the winner.

Let us wait for the defence, and what points they have

You people keep on screaming "cancel the election! rerun!" without asking yourselves where the funds for the rerun will come from and who is going to organize the rerun? What about rhe national assembly elections? Will it be cancelled as well?

Who can please help me direct this guy to where he will get brain therapy? Did I ask question before in my message you quoted that you expect me to ask you more questions? If I want to ask question, I will not ask someone like you with brain problem because I am not ready to waste my time. Simple logic you failed to apply that would have helped you determine that I did not ask question in my message you quoted talkless of asking you more as you requested. You need that "crash IT" than anybody else because your way of thinking is an inch higher than that of pig. Picking 12 sample spaces with labour party deceiver he claimed to have their consent out of 176,846 is just too small. He and those LP he used as consent with this should have known better

Issue:

INEC certified blurred result sheets.

So how did INEC determine the winner when the electoral act requires that the IRev results must tally with what is collated ? undecided

18,000 blurred results from polling units.

There are averagely 500 voters in a polling unit, equating to 9million voters!

Going by your logic, and assuming there are no physical copies signed by all/majority the parties (WHICH THERE IS) that the court will defer to.... LP still has to prove that those results are Thiers! APC and PDP and even APM can claim the results

Gbam.from the beginning, they should have started recounting physical copies or applied forensics.just as the prof counted the irev copies, they should have done that.i think they were hamstrung by the fact that they were short of 40,000 agents or maybe they counted and found no disparity
