In a competitive market it isa good credential to have and to prove class of service but there is no mandate for it, and those without it are not penalized. They might be blacklisted from certain eligibilities, but there are always loop holes around such barriers.

INEC is NOT mandated to have that ISO.
Also, court should reprimand that witness for his manner of response. It is rude and also foul in court protocol.
