I'm happy for igbos who will now take their business to their home region for much needed developments.
Ayatullah:
Peter Obi should intervene immediately by converting his highest votes in the Presidential Election in Lagos to lands in Lagos for his ungrateful Igbo kinsmen.

You are free to relocate
Of course so that poverty will continue ravaging some people who are hoping to own Igbo people's duplexes when they relocate.

Cartels have no loyalty to anyone, money is their god. Lasg has a longer reach than anything out of Nigeria, can cut through any cartel and can even sabotage competition if it wants to. Before Alaba there was Owode. You can actually be run out of business if Lasg get together with autoshops across Yorubaland and bring in heavily subsidized spare parts.
And what made you think that the Cartel is in lagos. How many yorubas have been to an actual scrap yard before over there? Or you think after gathering the shops you will convince the Igboman over there to abandon his brothers and ship them to you. Or you think it's Whiteman that run the business there.
I always say it a lot of u know nothing. Go and displace aboki in forex first

So only Igbo guys can access scrap yards abroad ?

The Bini and Warri boys in Germany, Holland and Belgium are the main suppliers of spare parts into Nigeria .

Stop sounding as if nah only Una no road.

Where did I say that the catels are in Lagos? You don't know what you are saying. Whatever makes you think that we need 'igboman' to import spare parts is for you alone to carry. Spare parts all over the world are not controlled by igbos and it's rather the Yoruba that have the knife and the yam in this situation, you need wisdom to understand this. The only thing you bank on is the fact that Yoruba don't wield their weapons. The moment we stand up, you will disappear.

Bini, warri boys etc all have their lines of business, you think they will leave and switch because of your so called hatred for igbos. And how may decades do you think it will take them to complete the supply chain. Don't worry bini and warri boys will come to ur rescue.

Okoro, there are more Warri and Bini guys in Germany, Holland and Belgium than Okoros .

The first importers of tokunbo vehicles were from Bendel and SW.

My uncle imported 12 tokunbo cars at a go in late 80's.

Like every other venture , you guys are never the pioneers .

Dubai was opened up by Yoruba women who bought jewelleries , children clothes . This was long before Dubai became a major tourist hub.

I just said it that the only thing you count on is the fact that Yoruba are not doing anything about the issue. When Yoruba stand to take care of these issues, your story will be a sad one.

Lol, and what is stopping them from starting for decades now? Or don't you think you should start already? You want to import product and you don't have an established market in all geo political zones. Do u even know what is called barriers to entry oga starter
Starter ko ignition ni
And while starting some others can wake up to the real fact of how those power that run industries in SW are generated and once the divert that thing flowing , industries will start shutting down.

Oh less I forget, please carry the jewelry part to abokis and tell them u want to displace them there too. Benin and warri boys indeed. They will leave their hustle to drag importation with igbo man. Just taking small time to school ur hateful soul

The issue isn't about planning laws but for the fact that the buildings earmarked and subsequently demolished had become unsafe and dilapidated.

They have been served notice to fix their shitty building or have it pulled down to which they did not comply.

It's in pure black and white and explicitly stated that the buildings have become a disaster in the making.
All of them? angry.

See how hatred has turned your brain that you can't understand simple things again. Na your papa built all those Plazas, union office and co that were demolished. Your papa also was the one that paid N6m to LASG and they issued them with receipt, an original copy of LASG revenue receipt and still came to demolish the buildings 2days after.
No problem. Make una continue supporting evil because you think some people will cry, run and leave what they suffered to get for you to occupy and enjoy. These people you're supporting are old men that have almost lived all their lives. You guys are still young, still growing. You haven't even met life in real life experience. Continue and see where you will end up.

Oga shut up, you know nothing about the east.
Thank God you guys are opening our eyes to the opportunities that abounds in the East.

You think we are not moving and relocating?
If you are wise you will want money made in Lagos to be reinvested in Lagos and grow her economy but due to your foolishness every kobo now made in Lagos is invested elsewhere.
Please biko migrate. Move. Your relocation would reduce traffic congestion in Lagos. Physical and mental stress will reduce, quality of life will improve. Time for self and family.

Pack your business and move, no be everywhere suppose be dirty market.

Those places were sane, livable residential areas in the past until you guys moved in and flooded them with your Onitsha types of rowdy, dirty, markets, turning everything to 2×2 shops.

Pack and go, Lagos needs depopulation, let the state breath.
My sentiments exactly.
