You don't have to put fibres in sea for internet services. There is limit to human knowledge in term of innovation. Internet is a good thing for humanity but Internet infrastructures don't have be in sea floor.

Based on what we know as humans now. There is limit to human knowledge. Something faster than under sea Internet transmission is coming. May be quantum. May be advanced satellite transmission. I don't know.

The adventure incident was just an accident that was not properly catered for.
