A sister who is a single mother rented an apartment three years back & never failed to pay house rent before due time, was given quit notice the same month she ought to pay her rent. When she enquired from the landlord the reason behind the eviction, the landlord told her that he has increased the house rent, which is 150% to what she used pay. After pleading they both agreed at 100% but given only two weeks to make the payment. When the two weeks was due & she couldn't meet up, the landlord served her paper from the court the same week. At the given date, she was present at the court alongside the landlord & they both signed MOU (Memorandum of Understanding), then she was given 3months grace to pack out. At the second month, she went with the driver to pack her belongings. At the process of packing out, the landlord called tout to beat her up 😭. She called me & she was really wounded. I AM HURT I NEED VENGEANCE, WHAT DO I DO?'' |

 My brother never invest in real estate in Nigeria without a lawyer How much is a concrete block How much is a bag of cement How much is a tipper of sand How much is square kilometers of land Just get a property and lease it to an agent, Tenants want your death You took out someone's property for 365 days and to pay you , took him to court asking for another free 3 months.... If truly landlord beat you up then go back to court . |

Tell the father of your child to go and reset the landlord's brain. Beating women is a no for me, but some of una get sharp mouth sha. |
