How come I don't believe this story is true. Naval officer slapping someone is something you will experience in Nigeria but the US? I doubt it very much. Soldiers don't generally wear uniforms in public in the US or at least not seen in uniform everywhere like Nigeria, talkless of taking a taxi in uniform, this just sound all made up fairytale.
