Theres a lot of jokers in Nigeria. Kanubis no longer going through any criminal trial, he isnt even facing any charge, the appeal court has discharged and set him free

What the government is doing is appealing that judgment at the supreme court, which is now essentially a constitutional matter

However, three seasoned judges of the appeal court sat, and unanimously decreed that Nnamdi Kanu has no case to answer

If you read the reasons they gave for reaching the judgment, you will know that what the FG is doing at the Supreme court is a complete waste of time.

The supreme court will sit in September and release Kanu, its just a matter of time
