That's just to let you the backwardness Nigeria as a country continues to exhibit today. Nigerians lack knowledge of how society operates. Ex. is also when you get to Nigeria airports, only the traveler(s) is allowed to enter inside but in the USA, anyone can enter any airport without one telling them to show their passport or if you're traveling, etc.
