The entire blame should go to the protocol officers drafted to the Eid ground. Before the arrival of the governor, the security details ought to have secured a pace for him and ensure no one occupy the space until the governor's arrival. You can mot reserve a space for the governor and another person no matter how highly placed will take over the space and you ignore him until the governor arrives before you start taking fire brigade approach.... The protocol officers need to be checked and if possible, replaced with more compitent personnel

So Senator Basir supposed to have left that very position
