my humble advice to president tinubu is to scrap the minister of state positions and and also decentralize some ministries to remove this "senior" and "Junior" minister wahala.

If the constitution says we should have 36 ministers, let's have 36 functional ministers who can be held accountable by individual.

What exactly does the minister of state for FCT mean? For 8 years we had a minister of state for Transport but we knew Amaechi was the one calling the shots in the ministry. They don't act like deputies, are they supposed to be deputies?
Instead of having a redundant Minister of State for Labour, split it and let a minister handle Employment and skill acquisition, and face the issue of unemployment squarely for 4 years. Let the other minister handle industrial relations and protective legislation - casualization, remuneration, pensions, and employee benefits.
