It was a criminal act for Governors- to have Money of the State and holds them down and not to consider the Pensioners first!
-Are these not your People that worked through their blood to make the States what they are?
-Why should someone retired and can't enjoy their Pensions that same year?
-Why should Pensioners in Nigeria-wait for 1,2 or 3 yrs before they are paid and some even died at that time because they need Medical attention?
-Don't they have Files or attendance Records?
-Why are Nigerian Govt,- especially the State governments love to punish Pensioners?
