They are playing delay tactic.

These are the possibilities:

1. They will likely present more than 3 witnesses. But need to present it such that there will not be time for cross examinations.

2. Their witnesses might be scared of coming. Given that they are avoiding backlashes from Nigerians. And given that they will not want to lie under oath.

3. They may be waiting to finish their manipulation of IREV result for Abuja before presenting it to court.

4. Another possibility is that they don't have much to defend.

INEC moved for adjournment on the first day of their defense against LP. This is shorter than 40secs o. Meanwhile the other respondents don’t they have defense to tender or is INEC now a sub of APC/BAT/Shettima?

Its easier to rig election than defend the rigging especially when someone like Peter Obi is involved in the said election
