However, the first witness was involved in domestic issues and could not appear in court, INEC counsel explained this to PEPC and pleaded the court adjourned till tomorrow Tuesday the 4th, LP, obi did not object and the court adjourn till tomorrow.

He said off the record that there were 3 categories of people who were in support of the outcome of the presidential elections despite its very well documented failings, most of which from all indications appeared to be deliberate.
