If I'm insisting that Spy360 forged UNN or ICAN certificate, but UNNand ICAN is saying you didn't and the cert is legit. Do you think that is normal

So which independent body will you need to prove that UNN certificate or ICAN certificate is legit?

So if you graduate in 2008 and you approach your school for your certificate, will the registrar who will sign today be the same as the one who signed in 2008? Must the format and font remain the same for the past 15yrs?
