Like many had told you, most of the governors in the east are newly elected too and the President can call them for a meeting to know the problems, their weak points and see where to assist and even rub minds together on solving it. This is why I said clarity of purpose is imperative. When there is clarity of purpose communicated by the president, there would be no push back and if any, then they are also supporters of criminals. I agree with the meeting, as I made this suggestion earlier. As a matter of urgency, Tinubu needs to meet with Governors of the region FIRST, the service chiefs.

He needs to show he is uncomfortable the situation because it is still a part of the republic that is under siege. An agreement is not required from Tinubu because it is his constitutional responsibility to protect and guarantee the safety of the entire country from the day he was sworn in as president and that is why is the Commander of the Armed Forces.

You are speaking to protect and indemnify Tinubu which shouldn't be the angle because irrespective of how you look at it, it is still his responsibility to secure every nook and cranny of the nation.

There are people in diaspora who fund them. Dont forget when Nnamdi Kanu came to America in one town hall and asked for guns. He said its to fight Fulani herdsmen.
