Summary:
The Kennedy guy (Suspect) is most likely a serial blackmailer. His stock in trade is going online, make friends with young widows/single mothers. Then he starts dating them. He gives them little monies for their upkeep. Being that he has everything planned out without suspicions from the victims, he gains access to contacts of the victims' family and Church members. He also goes ahead to record the victims without their knowledge while dressing up after he would have had consensual sex with them in a hotel room. Next plan is he begins asking the victims for loans which he will promise to pay back. So it comes to a stage where if victims refuses to give him money or ask him to repay the money they lent him, he takes offence and this forms the basis for which he will start blackmailing his victims threatening to send out their nudes which he initially took without their knowledge thereby demanding for money endlessly from them.
This is all I know!

I wish the police would use that animal as a scapegoat to set an example for others like him!
