The Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) on Wednesday 05 July 2023, authorized International Oil Companies (IOCs) in the country to resume dollar sales to banks.

This action is targeted at boosting dollar liquidity in the Investors & Exporters (I&E) window and thereupon helping to clear the huge overhang of FX demand.
