So my question is Can she use her current names now to apply (With my Names) despite the fact that her employment letter came in with her Names without mine before marriage... Should we apply with the different names and use our marraige certificate as evidence for we being a couple. Or we should go for a change of name before applying?

NB Her passport still needs Change of name.

I just got a bulk sum and fixed my POF in Fixed deposit, does the 6 months apply to FD too? Will I have to explain the lump sum and if it's from sales of property? Do I have to submit anything as evidence? Just so many tots in my head and I want it to go smoothly.

Checking to know the current timeline of passport turnaround from submission to pick up. VFS Lagos to Accra. Is there anyone that submitted in June that has had counterfoil generated or passport ready for pick up? Thanks

It’s been 22 days since submission and no updates yet here. Not even counterfoil.

Just relax, nothing is wrong. Those people are incredibly slow. I submitted (at VFS Abuja) on 22nd of May, it got to Accra 2 days later (24th). I didn't get Counterfoil until 21st of June. And even after that, I haven't heard anything since then (it's almost 7 weeks now since I originally submitted)

Then I heard Lagos VFS is even worse (than Abuja) as it might take a while to even get to Accra. So there's probably nothing wrong with yours, they're just being slow as usual.

My sis has been working as a lab assistant in a private medical lab for the past 10 months and I see that it’s eligible for the new category based draws. She’s currently in the pool with a CRS of 480 which isn’t enough these days. She’s hesitant to use this noc because she has no healthcare background, her degree is in industrial chemistry, her prior work experience is teaching and she did ACCA F1-3 to get points for 2 degrees. She has been learning on the job and it’s a small lab so she’s being paid in cash. She’s not sure how to proceed and I don’t even know what to advice her sef

This is why they advise not to book flight tickets till Visa arrives.

Is their anyone that has added IJMB to their BSc to claim 2 or more certificates from any of the evaluation bodies? I want to be sure IJMB is tenable or I should go ahead and apply for BCS.
