If you believe this story, you can easily believe that Bola Tinubu is corruption free.

The US is not that foolish to completely destroy her catchment of chemical weapons. The level of distrust existing between the world powers is enough for each party to hold secret stockpiles of weapons dating back to World War One.

USA, Russia, Iran, Isreal, Germany, China, North Korea, Japan, all have secret facilities scattered around the world, where weapons of mass destruction are being developed. These Nations are chronic war mongers and they cannot be stupid enough to deliberately be on the side of disadvantage.
