To be fair, he had a horrendous season before that summer and was at it with the fans. Xhaka reinvented himself this past season and inevitably, his value in the market will rise. I am thankful for his time at Arsenal, despite his issues on and off the field, he was really passionate and loves the club.

If Partey goes, then we ain't moving forward with the additions. We need one more year of Partey before we sell him. Rice will need to adapt to the team. You can't sell your two holding and box to box midfielders in one transfer window and expect not to regress.
