Can FRSC ask for it ?

You should have medical papers from the hospital stating you have eye defect

Police stop asking for the permit oh. Only few criminals will ask for the permit.

Cos, I've been thinking of going through the hazzles of getting for my tinted 307.

There is no permit required for factory tint, their is however permit needed for non factory tint except that police no dey disturb some vehicles like Peugeot they would believe you are a uniform personnel.

FRSC has no business with tint permit but fear dem pass police or army, dem fit bill you 3k for just one bulb not working

Nobody would disturb you for tinted permit as long as you're driving a Peugeot car as they're the official and unofficial cars or every armed force/security agency in Nigeria
