Federal character doesn't include his kitchen cabinet, these Assistants and SAs are his personal staffs and he appoints them as he wish,his own perogative..
If He appoints Ministers this way, which am sure he won't,then there's problem,cos that's where he's mandated to employ federal Character. Deji knows this,he's only looking for engagements so as to be seen as criticising the President.

It is a deeply tribalistic and divided society and what do you expect.

An Igbo or Hausa man will do exactly the same thing. I commend those governors who appointed one or two individuals outside of their tribe.

When people say tribalism is only on Nairaland, I always disagree.
