Sani Bello didn't do much for 8yrs as Niger State governor.
Martin Elechi didn't do anything in Ebonyi for the 8yrs he was governor and he's in his 80s,
Andy Uba didn't do anything for Anambra south Senatorial zone for 8yrs he represented the zone.

The only person I can compliment on that list is Adams Oshiomole. As minister of works I'm 100% certain that he'll turn Southern Nigeria to a construction site, particularly federal infrastructures in the zone... though people will cry at the beginning, in four years time everyone will be singing his praise. He has the energy and past performance record to stand for him... Most of the rest are failed politicians
