I just bought spectranet sim yesterday and is not working on my redmi 9s what might be cause.is there anybody using spectranet sim on is redmi 9s how do you go about it?

If you're sure that Spectranet network is available in your location and your sim is functional, here's a video I created 5 years ago, on how to get 4G/LTE only networks, like Spectranet, ntel, Smile, working on Xiaomi devices. It's a trick that works like magic.

It doesn't work on Xiaomi phones, even smile doesn't work as well even if the phone supports the network band. Just get a mifi or try a phone from another brand.

The emboldened is wrong. That was what a lot of people thought until I discovered there's a simple trick to make those 4G Only networks on Xiaomi devices, and that was why I created the attached video 5 years ago, and it worked for everyone who tried it.

Boss I've tried this on Ntel back then on my Redmi 5 plus and it worked. I've had no luck with Smile and Spectranet. I can't tell if the problem is from updated MIUI version. Have you tried it recently on Spectranet to be precise.

Im using Xiaomi pH (MI11) ND I have used spectranet, ntel, and smile on my phone.. infact I have all this sim at my disposal...

I'm currently using spectranet to reply this your message self on my phone..

Wat he needs to do is to force his pH to 4g(LTE ONLY) for this sims to work....I usually dial this code to bring out the settings to force my network to 4g *#*#4636#*#* then select network to LTE ONLY..

GIve feedback on how u got it working otherwise this thread is useless.

Simple and straight forward.First put your phone on Airplane mode and dial *#*#4636#*#* if the sim is in sim one or two change the network to LTE ONLY and off the Airplane mode the network would come up that all.First put your phone on Airplane mode before you type that code failure to do that it would not work.

I think this is where some people are getting it wrong. They are suppose to set the APN of the respective network before embarking on the trick.

I remember i also got the trick working on Smile back then, but of course i had to set the APN to 'internet', which was Smile's APN at the time.

Nothing works with spectranet. You must use their device.
