(1) SCAM,
(2) It's a dead place, you can't grow except miracle happens,
(3) Though far less likely that, they might be waiting to get certain approvals for construction before work actually starts.

go to the HR with your letter. They could even be expecting you to have resumed and that shit could be as a result of omission

Reach out to your employer and ask about the status of your resumption date.

You can send a polite and enthusiastic mail requesting clarification on when you should report for work.

If you have done this and they respond; great!! If they don’t , then try to follow up now and then, maybe once in a week.

Be professional in your tone always even though it’s important you consider another means of communicating with them; maybe call or showing up physically. Just go with the image of an enthusiastic worker.

If no shift, and no definite date is provided, then It’s a ‘redder’ flag, so don’t stop applying elsewhere.

My brother or sister, there's no employment letter that will not come with resumption date on it. So if there was no date on it when you were given the letter, you would have ask. it's a scam.
