Please is there a way to remove that circled area from the web page?

The circled area is blocking the "search" option on the web page. I have checked my browser settings and used different browsers with mobile/desktop mode but it's displaying the same way.

There are tribalist and bigots running wild all over the platform spreading hate, you don't see the bot banning them, but it banned me for answering a tech question.

I don't think that moderators have the power to ban users; is the auto-bot that does that.
