Stop eating banana and other food that contains too much carbohydrates. Eat heavy food early in the morning. Don't take spicy food and drinks that contains gas. Especially drinks in can. Stay away from alcohol at the moment. Don't smoke and try stay away from second hand smoke. Don't eat too much fry food. All those things that you do eat will trigger the ulcer and will not make the drugs to work on you. What's chin-chin, Indomie, biscuits etc? Eat good and heavy vegetables soup early in the morning and other good soups and watch your ulcer disappear little by little. Take your drugs either traditional or English and make sure you mix milk and malt to drink always for strength. God will be with you. |

Owa444:What this means is that your HPylori was detected late and progressed into an ulcer, you’re lucky it didn’t cause stomach cancer. At this point, your stomach is producing excessive acid that is causing you to feel bloated and not hungry. Eat normally so you don’t lose weight. To manage stomach acid production, you’ll need to live on PPI drugs possibly for the rest of your life. |

Most likely you have an infection. Same thing happened to me two years ago. After I visited an hospital. The results of the test conducted showed I have an infection probably from food. I was administered flagyl, antibiotics and some drugs I couldn't remember and i felt better . |

The fact is the same drugs do not work equally for all people. Your doctor or pharmacist may prescribe something different. The same is true of herbal remedies. For now continue to avoid hard food as you indicated. Eat more fish if you can, fruits and vegetables until you feel better. Drink more fluid and pap. |

Based on the provided information, several possible conditions could be considered, but it is important to note that a definitive diagnosis would require a thorough medical evaluation. The symptoms mentioned suggest a gastrointestinal issue. Two potential conditions to consider based on the symptoms are: Persistent H. pylori infection: H. pylori is a bacterium that can cause gastritis and peptic ulcers. It is commonly treated with a combination of antibiotics (such as amoxicillin and clarithromycin) and a proton pump inhibitor (like omeprazole) to reduce stomach acid. However, if symptoms persist after treatment, it is possible that the H. pylori infection is still present or that there is a reinfection. Further testing, such as a breath test or stool test, would be necessary to confirm the presence of H. pylori. Gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD): The symptoms of belching, feeling like throwing up, increased symptoms after eating, and the sensation of fire or burning in the belly could be indicative of GERD. GERD occurs when stomach acid flows back into the esophagus, leading to irritation and symptoms. Medications such as proton pump inhibitors can help reduce stomach acid and relieve symptoms. Lifestyle modifications, such as avoiding trigger foods (like spicy or fatty foods), eating smaller meals, and elevating the head during sleep, may also provide relief. |

Owa444:You urgently need to attend to the underlying causative factor of the symptoms you're experiencing. The said laboratory test and subsequent physician case management are absolutely necessary. Yours makes a case for some measure of philanthropy. You may want to leave your account information here for anyone whose heart is touched. |

Try cabbage, cucumber and carrots. Blend them together and drink it in the morning before you eat and at night. You can as well drink it in the afternoon. Instead of Omeprazole try rabeprazole. Wish you quick recovery |

H. pylori, short for Helicobacter pylori, is a type of bacteria that infects the stomach and the upper part of the small intestine (duodenum). It is one of the most common bacterial infections worldwide, affecting millions of people. H. pylori is a spiral-shaped bacterium that has adapted to survive in the harsh acidic environment of the stomach. It has several unique features that allow it to colonize and persist in the stomach, leading to chronic infection. The exact mode of transmission of H. pylori is not entirely clear, but it is believed to occur through the following routes: Person-to-person transmission: H. pylori is primarily transmitted from one person to another through close contact with an infected individual. This can happen through oral-oral contact (such as kissing) or fecal-oral contact (such as ingestion of contaminated food, water, or utensils). Fomite transmission: In some cases, H. pylori may survive on surfaces, such as bathroom fixtures or contaminated objects, and can be transmitted indirectly through contact with these contaminated surfaces. Once the bacteria enter the body, they can survive the acidic environment of the stomach by producing enzymes and substances that neutralize the acid. H. pylori has specialized mechanisms that allow it to adhere to and colonize the protective mucus layer of the stomach lining. This colonization can lead to chronic inflammation and damage to the lining of the stomach and duodenum, increasing the risk of developing conditions like gastritis, peptic ulcers, and stomach cancer. Not all individuals infected with H. pylori develop symptoms or complications. In fact, many infected individuals may remain asymptomatic. However, the bacteria can cause various gastrointestinal symptoms, such as abdominal pain, bloating, indigestion, and nausea. Diagnosis of H. pylori infection typically involves non-invasive tests like breath tests, stool tests, or blood tests to detect specific antibodies against the bacteria. Invasive tests, such as endoscopy with biopsy, may be performed in certain cases to directly visualize the stomach lining and obtain tissue samples for analysis. Treatment for H. pylori infection involves a combination of antibiotics (to kill the bacteria) and medications that reduce stomach acid production (such as proton pump inhibitors). This combination therapy is often prescribed for a specified duration to eradicate the bacteria and promote healing of the stomach lining. It is important to note that H. pylori infection is a medical condition that requires proper diagnosis and treatment by a healthcare professional. They can provide specific guidance and appropriate treatment options based on individual circumstances. |
