He's bothered because a lot of young/teenage boys and girls take these celebrities for idols and would copy what they see them do. Imagine your son who's in school is already addicted to balloons and other hard substance that he even uses his tuition fees to purchase them, go into other crimes in desperate need for money to satisfy the addiction etc, how would you feel? It will also save you from someone who might be addicted to it! Your life is even in danger in a society where almost everyone is a drug addict!!
