Listen to this poster. The others are typing rubbish. H.Pylori is basically ulcer.
I did a Google search for you and banana/plantain and honey are great to treat ulcers.

If its for the ulcer, get ripe plantain backs, dry it in room temperature(I.e keep it in a cool place where sunlight does not get to like your store, or anywhere around your kitchen), after like 3 to 4 days, it will be dried. Ground it into a smooth powder, then add original honey, mix it together. Like it with your middle finger 3times 8n the morning and evening. The ulcer will disappear within a week.

I have done both ECG, x-ray and blood tests but doctors said that I'm okay biologically except that H.pyroly is positive which means I'm having ulcer. Please I want to ask if ulcer like peptic ulcers can cause all these symptoms .

Symptoms of Upper abdominal pain, burning in character exacerbated by eating , wakes u up at night is likely suggestive of ulcer (peptic ulcer disease) amongst others. The wight loss could be attributed to lack of eating adequately since when u eat, it triggers d upper abdominal which could also explain the weakness u experience.

My advice is that u visit a teaching hospital then request to see a Gastroenterologist and lay ur complains to him/her... stress to d doctor d history of weight loss, weakness and also give the history of medications you are currently on. My guess is that he/she will request for an upper GIT endoscopy (an investigation to visualise the upper digestive tract to check for any ulcers plus or minus take samples for biopsy).

PLS don't give in to taking herbal concoctions... U could ruin ur kidney plus liver etc....and more dangerously, u could delay urself frm getting early treatment for d current condition u have.

Letme stress this, U NEED TO SEE A GASTROENTEROLOGIST (stomach and intestines' doctor)
And u would probably need to do an ENDOSCOPY (video to see ur throat, stomach and upper intestine). Cos It might be something more sinister than an ulcer...it might be a stomach 🦀 🦀 ♋♋

It is more likely to be typhoid, you may need surgery o, it killed 2 people in my comunity for lack of treatment. It destroyed their intestines.

1. Tiniprax
2. sodium bicarbonate salt.

You will be fine in few days.

It was confirmed from the test you did that you were having ulcer, then you need to stay away from all kinds of food that can trigger the symptoms. Stay away from any oily foods, both grandnut and palm oil, avoid junk foods (noodles) as well. Be your own doctor by observing the types of food you eat that usually trigger the symptoms. Also avoid any pepperish food. Avoid Drinking of carbonated drinks and alcohol. Don't eat when your food is still very hot. Drinking of early morning water should ease your poo( preferably warm water with original honey). I wish you luck and good health.

After that still same thing, i dont what to do again. what's bothering me now it is the way i'm losing a lot of weight, people are asking if i'm sick i will just lie to them that I'm keeping fitness thats why/

I have taken alot of blood tonics and fruit's still my weight didn't improve any bit. I noticed anytime i eat or finished eat that is when the symptoms will wake up like i want to throwing up, increased in belching, infact i dey pooping like woman about ot give birth.

I always have to forced the poop out, abeg make una help me check weda some foods wey i dey eat dey make d symptoms worst like apple, watermelon, banana, chin-chin, indo-mie, biscuits,rice ,sometimes like semovita.

There's more to what you're having than just peptic ulcer. That's all I can tell you as a medical doctor!

Nairaland is not a hospital. Go get your diagnosis now preferably in a specialist hospital before things get worse.

An abdominal ultrasound scan would be a good starting point.

PS. I deliberately opened up on the worst possible diagnosis, so you can rise up and act fast. Whatever it turns out to be can be deadly if not treated on time.

Same thing happened to me some months ago. Did all the test u stated above and some others yer nothing was found except for H.pyroly. and it was so serious as if I was suffering from a serious disease; I could not even breath well.

But now it's way better but not perfect

Stop eating chin chin, indomie and biscuits they also cause ulcer
