go to the HR with your letter. They could even be expecting you to have resumed and that shit could be as a result of omission

If the company is located in one Island in Rivers State, I smell scam. I would advice you to contact the HR for clarification.

Ma's cousin's Brother has been working for a company for 7 months now, and they keep promising him and his colleagues appointment letters since January this year.

I told him to resign but Baba dey fear, because say he Oga dey tell am say work nor dey Nigeria.

It is not a scam,simply put,you are a ghost worker,your salaries for these months will be going into someone's pocket,until when there will be an audit that is when they will ask you to resume

Just try and move on, it has happened to me before, but mine it was the covid-19 that caused it, so I was hoping I will be called back, after the covid-19, but I wasn't...

I was given an appointment in one of the Federal Government MDA's, an appointment letter was issued and I was told to go home that they'll call me. I waited for 3months no call,, at the end of the 3rd month, my salary for the first 2 months dropped still no call 🤙, it was in the 5th month that I got a call and was asked to choose between 3 states. I did choose the one with a comfort zone.. Bottom line, I resigned from the job and still got another FG job, that is what I am today and I'm proud of who I am... But your case is a private construction firm, hopefully you'll be called since they issued you an appointment letter,, Best of luck Bro
