u don't get... Governors organise useless amnesty programs for criminals instead of jailing them or eliminating them... Now soldiers will work hard to capture terrorists... Then one governor will release them say na amnesty... The terrorist will regroup and soldiers will start d drill again... Which kind yeye fight bdat?
